• Atmosphere: A 20m2 cocoon ideal for two people, decorated in sunny shades.
• Sleeping & Storage: Comfortable double bed (140x190 cm), dressing room, two bedside tables and a small table.
• Modern Comfort: Reversible air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and television (digital terrestrial channels).
• Private Bathroom: Private shower room and toilet. Bed linen, towels, duvet, and pillows are provided. Soap and shampoo can be provided upon request.
• Family Service: A baby cot is available free of charge upon request.

• Shared Kitchen (Self-Sufficiency Option): Access to a fully equipped communal kitchen for preparing your meals (bean-to-cup coffee maker, large fridge/freezer, ovens, 5-burner gas hob, etc.).

• Swimming pool (7x4m): Southwest facing and naturally heated. Enjoy the sun loungers, deck chairs and parasols surrounding it.
• Three sunny terraces: Facing due south (20 m2 each), equipped with tables and chairs (up to 6 people per terrace), with a gas griddle available for your summer meals.
• The Garden: A large, wooded garden, fully enclosed and facing southwest, is perfect for relaxation. A comfortable garden lounge and relaxing chairs invite you to enjoy an aperitif in complete tranquility.
