Your Private Room (20 m² - 1st Floor)
- Atmosphere: A 20m2 cocoon ideal for two people, decorated in sunny shades.
- Sleeping & Storage: Comfortable double bed (140x190 cm), dressing room, two bedside tables and a small table.
- Modern Comfort: Reversible air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and television (digital terrestrial channels).
- Private Bathroom: Private shower room and toilet. Bed linen, towels, duvet, and pillows are provided. Soap and shampoo can be provided upon request.
- Family Service: A baby cot is available free of charge upon request.

- Shared Kitchen (Self-Sufficiency Option): Access to a fully equipped communal kitchen for preparing your meals (bean-to-cup coffee maker, large fridge/freezer, ovens, 5-burner gas hob, etc.).

- Swimming Pool & Garden: Above-ground swimming pool (7x4m), naturally heated, with sun loungers and parasols. Enjoy the large enclosed and wooded garden (southwest facing) for relaxation.
- Terraces & Plancha: Three south-facing terraces (20 m2 each), equipped with tables and chairs. A gas plancha is available for your grilling needs.
