Your Room (25 m² - 1st Floor)
- Flexible Sleeping Arrangements: One large double bed (160x190 cm) or the option of two single beds (80x190 cm) (please specify your choice when booking). Ideal for two people, or a couple with a child.
- Private Relaxation Area: A lounge area furnished with a sofa, coffee table, and a Smart TV (TNT, Netflix, Prime Video) for your movie nights.
- Optimal Comfort: Reversible air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and all the necessary storage (wardrobe, chest of drawers).
- Private Bathroom: Modern walk-in shower and separate toilet for added privacy. Towels, sheets, duvet and pillows are provided. Soap and shampoo are available upon request.
- For Families: Baby cot, high chair and changing mat are offered free of charge upon request.

- Gourmet Kitchen: Prepare your meals or your morning coffee in our fully equipped communal kitchen. It includes: a bean-to-cup coffee machine, a gas hob (5 burners), an oven/grill, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, and all the necessary utensils.

- Heated swimming pool (7x4m): Shared and naturally heated, southwest facing, surrounded by sun loungers, deck chairs and parasols for your relaxation.
- Terraces & Plancha: Enjoy three sunny (south-facing) terraces, each 20 m2. They are equipped with tables and chairs, and you have a gas griddle for your barbecues.
- Large Enclosed Garden: A wooded, calm and restorative space facing southwest, with garden furniture and relaxing chairs, perfect for moments of tranquility.
